With over 20 years of executive leadership experience across Australia and the Asia Pacific region within ASX listed global organisations. Formerly holding executive leadership roles within a diverse industry set, such as, Lotterywest, CQUniversity, Brightstar Logistics, and Ingram Micro Mobility, managing international teams, multimillion-dollar budgets, and major transformation programs.

Mariela holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce in Computing and Information Systems. She is a passionate advocate for using technology to drive innovation, operational excellence, and delivering scalable business solutions.
